Mobile Giving Foundation Canada “Frictionless Monthly Giving” Promotion Terms & Conditions

Mobile Giving Foundation Canada (MGFC) is pleased to offer the “Frictionless Monthly Giving” promotion to support Registered Canadian Charities dedicated to empowering the fight against food insecurity in Canada. By participating in this promotion, Registered Canadian Charities can access an uncapped fundraising opportunity at a reduced cost.

Promotional Details

  1. Promotion Period: The promotion sign-up period runs from October 1, 2023, to December 1, 2023.
  2. Fundraising Period: Registered Canadian Charities that enroll in the promotion will have access to three months of uncapped text-to-done fundraising opportunities. The fundraising period starts upon approval of the Application and lasts for 90 days, concluding at the latest on February 1, 2024.
  3. Cost: Participating in the “Frictionless Monthly Giving” promotion is $350. This price reflects a discount from the total value of $1,050.00.
  4. Savings: By taking advantage of this promotional offer, participating Registered Canadian Charities can save $700.00.
  5. Continuing Program: After the promotional period, Registered Canadian Charities can continue their Frictionless Monthly Giving program at a cost starting at $100 per month.
  6. Additional Features: During the promotional period, Registered Canadian Charities will receive a set-up of:
    • ONE Keyword AND
    • EITHER ONE Emoji OR ONE QR-Code.
  7. Additional Campaign Features: Any additional keywords, emojis, or QR codes activated after the promotion will result in additional set-up fees, plus a $25 monthly fee for each month they remain active.
  8. Supporting Features: In addition, the following will be available during the promotional period at no additional cost: two donation amount options, monthly giving, contact sign-up form, tax receipts claim for donors, English & French campaign options, fundraising tracking Plug-in, communication campaign planning templates, training manual and best practice guide.
  9. Cancellation: Registered Canadian Charities can cancel their participation in the promotion at any time by emailing [email protected].
  10. Processing Fees: Registered Canadian Charities will pay 0% processing fees, ensuring that 100% of donated funds go towards their selected charity.

Application Process

To participate in the promotion, Registered Canadian Charities must complete the application process, which includes:

  1. Submitting a completed and signed Application Form.
  2. Provide a copy of Audited/Certified Financial Statements or a link to where they can be found.
  3. Signing the Charitable Program Agreement (no modifications allowed).
  4. Paying a non-refundable $350 Application fee for new applicants for three months of unlimited fundraising.
  5. Completing the Direct Deposit Authorization form to remit funds raised.

Application Processing

Applications are generally processed within two weeks of MGFC’s receipt of all required documents. This Application is valid for 12 months.
